- Full Fork rebuild - $170
*Full disassembly, Every part examined, every part cleaned.
*Replacement of any part required ( Parts at extra cost ).
*New fork seals and Oil seals.
*Re oiled.. different oils used depending on what forks you have...
*Set up and adjustment of fork setup to riders demands and weight.
- Rear Shock rebuild - $180
*Full Disassembly, examine, cleaned
*O rings and Glide rings replaced
*Replacement of any parts required ( Parts are extra cost )
*New Du bushings
*New High performance damper fluid
*Set up and adjustment of Shock setup to riders demands and weight.
- Casual Service - $135
*Re grease all linkages and pivots
*Re tighten every bolt to the right NM and check every bolt
*Brake bleed and new pads ( Will charge for pads )
*Re Lube Fork dust seals, Re lube top end.
*Re tune gears and tune bike for a Plush finish
*Wash polish before service begins.
- Semi rebuild - $330
Everything same as casual only:
*Full fork service
*Brake bleed and new pads if needed ( Won't charge for new pads ).
*Lube all linkages and pivots with high performance grease and tune bike to rider's preferences
*Polish and clean down of the bike
*Anything on the bike that's broken will be replaced ( Parts at extra cost )
*Anything on the bike that isn't installed correctly will be completely checked over and re installed and lubed.
- Full Service - $490
Same as Casual and semi only :
*Fork and Rear Shock complete full service
*Bike striped down to the frame.
*Swing arm removed and re greased.
*Spokes re tightened and nipples lubed
*Everything Re greased
*Every part examined
